You may exchange your t-shirt or hoodie for a different size within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached. We do not offer money refunds—only size exchanges. Shipping for the return and re-shipment is the responsibility of the customer. Once your new size is confirmed, we will ship the replacement at no extra cost.

All Joy105.com orders are shipped through USPS as our standard method. Customers who prefer faster delivery can request FedEx or next day shipping for an additional cost. Tracking information will be provided once the order ships. Delivery times vary by location and shipping option selected.
